![]() ![]() It seems America(India) is not as accommodating as the European support apparently. This would be a third time activation wich is NOT allowed. This is a different story where a computer crashed and you try to re-install on a new pc or a new harddrive, while the license allready had been activated twice. You have activated and deactivated yourself. I don't know why it would be different depending on which country you're in. I have several Macs and several Windows machines and have activated and deactivated both CS6 and the various CC versions via the deactivation function of the software numerous times over the past few years with no issues whatsoever. Since I was able to load my previous CS5 version with no problem, I did not accept their offer. Their answer was it was a correct number but it had been revoked and they would sell me a cloud version. I contacted Adobe and after a 20 minute wait, I was connected to an overseas service office. After poking around in the Adobe site, I received an alert that stated that my license was "revoked". I entered my license and nothing happened. While trying to recover from my S/W problem, I tried to down load a copy of CS6 (which I have owned since it was first released). ![]()
